Education & Employment

We firmly believe a persons life chance improves with education and being in employment. We support our young people to continue in education and go for further and higher education. We support them to access college and university and to stay and complete their courses. We provide homework club to support young people to do well in their SATs and GCSE exams.

We provide 1-2-1 mentoring and employment support to help young people progress into apprenticeships and real jobs. We support with completing application forms, writing personal statements, passing online assessment and building their confidence to perform well at interviews.We provide reminders and sometime accompany them to interviews.

We also work with corporates like Canary Wharf Group, Broadgate, Barclays, Vanguard and others to organise insight days to inspire, motivate and show young people they too can work in the multinational companies
